What this site collects
The enquiry form on this site collects your name, work email, organisation and whatever you write in the message field. We use it to reply to you and to decide whether there is a fit. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Personal data inside capture records
Capture work records people at their place of work. Every recorded person consents in advance. Faces, voices, name badges, site identifiers and any commercially sensitive detail are redacted before an episode is released to a customer. A recorded person can ask for their episodes to be withdrawn.
Site operators
The site where a capture takes place controls what leaves it. Episodes can be held back from licensing entirely, and asset identifiers are redacted by default on anything published.
Retention and requests
Enquiry data is kept while a conversation is active and for a year afterwards. To see, correct or delete what we hold, write to aadhit@joinoctanux.com and we will answer within thirty days.
